Can you please advise how to remove trapped leaves from a blower.
I have recently purchased a second-hand Kia Rio 2015 and the fan started making a growling noise which increase with fan speed.

Thanks.

Do i need to remove the glove box to get to the blower? If so, how do you remove the glove box?

I don't have a RIO and certainly not a RHD. BUT if you have the owners book, look in it to see about a possible Cabin Air Filter and how to replace it. The blower fan usually is positioned below that filter in the HVAC control box. You may be able to "figure" something out from there.
Good Luck! :)
