On cold mornings 35 degrees or so when I turn on my Sorento there is a buzzing noise that appears to be coming from behind the center console. After turning the key to off and then accessory a few times the noise goes away. This only happens on cold mornings and is not related to the blower fan. Any ideas??? Thanks.

I think the only thing thats back there is the ETACS module. I'm not sure anything inside of it could cause a buzzing noise, but there's only one way to find out, which would be to remove the center dash and wait for it to get cold. Sorry I couldn't help more.

That makes sence, the ETACS module is full of relays. The buzz sounds like a sticky or failing relay. I just hope the buzz sounds when it is at the dealer. Thanks for the help.
