Hi --new to forum --im floating kia and from a sometimes submerged road in south joisey !
Nice being aboard ! Having been stuck today in very soft sand ( first time with my
2001 sportage ) and discovering that my front wheels were not moving , I believe its time to get rid of the auto hubs and change to manual such as warn 60247 !
Other alternative is changing vacuum hoses but location unknown !
Could use some direction and tips in either route ! Four wheel indicator comes on
but not to be trusted ! Had hand operated hubbs on my long dead 81 toy pickup
and my old willies wagons and never had a problem ! Help :(

Replace the front hubs with Warn manuals, part number 60247, and your troubles will be over.

The hubs include detailed installation instructions. You can have both hubs done in less than an hour.

No, you won't have to change wheels but your center caps won't fit. (not that you'd want them on for access to the hubs lol) If you want to have something nice looking, You could cut the ends off of the center caps. Winds up looking real nice and finished. Axe has done it and if you ask, he MAY be able to post a picture. I've got aftermarket rims so i don't have that problem.
