Appearance problems

The black coating around all of my side windows has faded off and looks like crap. I reported this to clay Cooley kia August of 2022, and as of today it has NOT been fixed, the 2 rear side windows have to be replaced and there are No parts available in the country to do that. Also had to replace the transmission at 23k miles

Peeling blackout trim

I know I've seen this discussed on here before but how many people are having issues with blackout trim my neighbor has a Honda that is 5 years old and his blackout trim doesn't peel. I have 1400 miles on my Sorento SXP. I have three different spots on the car that are peeling.

Same deal happened to me and likely will need it done again before warranty is over. Then I will just end up wrapping it.
