I am trying to find out which is the proper rating for the 2011 Optima SX Turbo. I saw the 2012 SX and they have 95V. My tires on my 2011 optima are 91V and the owners manual says 95V.

I doubt you will ever be able to utilize V speed rating. Moreover, a difference between 91 and 95 load index does not mean much to your car, unless you are about to overload it or tow very heavy trailers.

I understand that, but so far 2 places will not put on 91v because the owners manual says 95v
