I need to replace the car stereo so need an ISO adaptor to run between the Kia wiring loom and the stereo unit. However, I'm struggling to find the right adaptor as there appear to be numerous adaptors (starting with PC2-...) but none that specifically cover this year and they all have differently shaped connectors at the wiring loom end.

Can anyone advise which adaptor I need to buy?

Since your Sorento is (I presume) a UK model, there should already be an ISO adapter fitted. (There certainly was on my '05 3.5V6) UK (possibly most European) headunits were supplied based on available UK/Europe stock availability - so ISO standard. (not same as NA models, no separate amplification systems, etc).
