once empty, fill to the level plug. then put the plug in and add 200 ml.

??? Could you describe where it was you added the additional 200ml of fluid when the fill plug was already installed?

there are 3 openings. or at least on the 6 speed in my 2016. the fill which is on the top. the drain on the bottom and at the front there's a "level" plug. that is the one that you close when it starts to dribble out and you add the 200 ml to the fill which is at the top.

NOTE: Make sure you can get the fill plugs out prior to removing the drain plug.
