Everything has been done exactly how instructions say but the car will only stay running for about 1 min before shutting off.
Anyone have this problem or can tell me how to fix it? The tech support from MPC is horrible! They say the same thing over and over again even after I send them pictures of the wiring.
One thing that didn't occur that their directions say during programming is the blue led should rapidly flash. That never happened even after doing it 3 times.

If they can't address it take it back. Its not going to be something we'd know about since its aftermarket.

UPDATE. I noticed that the "Battery discharge warning" comes on and thats when the car shuts off after running for 1 minute. Anyone know if thats something that can be disabled?

LOL I had wondered myself.
My 2015 did it with the original 2013 software and even after the 2020 update. My new 2019 with its latest is also doing it as well. Its not a user toggle and why so persistently is clearly an issue.

I let a reputable installer replace mine since they warranty and have the expertise. You try going back to square one? Or return the kit and spend the extra for a 2014-2020 Kia Sorento Remote Start Plug and Play Kit (Push Button Start) if you can.
