Blew my motor. Have the color code for the crankshaft and the rods. But no color code for the bearings they are to worn down to even see a code. And the dealerships are no help as they are saying no color code no part. And it's to worn down to measure.

I pulled this info from my 2016 Kia soul electronic repair manual and I think it's for the 2.0 GDI engine. The manual covers the 1.6 and 2.0 engines but doesn't separate the info very well. I only found one instance of the color chart. The bearing color is determined by the crankshaft journal mark and the cylinder bore mark.
Are the crankshaft journals damaged? I bought a 2.0 short block from a dealership in AZ for $900.

Honestly, I have no idea. Only thing my mechanic told me was that he can't get a color code. I will go up there and show him this. Thank you for the info.

Are you the original owner? How many miles does your car have? Bearing failure is common on certain Kia/Hyundai engines and yours might be covered under warranty. Did you get a notice from the dealer to perform a software update? Kia will extend the warranty if you get the update. NU 2.0L GDI - KNOCK SENSOR DETECTION SYSTEM (KSDS) ECU UPGRADE (PI2002B). Kia Global Information System - TSB (nhtsa.gov) This update is for some 2014-2016MY Soul (PS) vehicles produced from July 21, 2013 through August 11, 2016 equipped with Nu 2.0L GDI engines. Check the sticker on the driver side door jam and see when yours was manufactured. I can post the full repair manual if necessary but your mechanic should have it.

Got some measurements today and took it to kia. They are working on getting it figured out to get the color code. I am not the original owner. There is roughly 81,000 miles on it. My soul doesn't have any recalls. No notice to do a software update.
