Nice video.
I did this with my Elantra and really liked the help with the shifting - but too had low end vibrations at idle and when using AC. Well worth the shift/torque/power feel.

Should also look into shifter bushings - if you don't already have them, and shifter base bushings. Really stiffens up the manual shift motion.
Aaaand, removing that spring and restrictor plate in the clutch slave cylinder.

I'll likely do the clutch slave this week if I can find a helper to re-bleed the clutch.

This should also help with an automatic - though may not be noticed as much since the automatic 'generally' shifts smoother than someone stirring the pot.

It essentially stiffens the link of the engine to the car, so that when it switches gears there isn't as much engine-twist loss of power... keeping the rotation more to the axles.
