About a couple of months ago (September 2019), I noticed that the indicator light on my heated steering wheel button remained lit while driving despite no heat being emitted from my steering wheel whatsoever. This has been an ongoing problem so I decided to take it to my local Kia dealership. I was told that there wasn't a fuse problem, but the technician wouldn't be able to find the true reason for the issue unless he were to disassemble the steering wheel (which would've cost $70 before even diagnosing the problem). I decided to leave as I didn't want them to take a shot in the dark at my expense. Has anyone had this issue before and how much do you think I would expect to pay to either fix the potential problem (whatever that may be) or replace the steering wheel altogether? Thanks in advance.
