I have a 2011 Kia Sorento EX v6 AWD. I had the front sunroof replaced about 3-4 months ago. I didn't notice this before (although I never really thought about it).

I noticed now that when I go over bumps that I can hear the glass moving. Also, I can wiggle the glass up and down in the track, with my hand, when the sunroof is at least 1/2 way open.

The dealership can't see anything wrong, but I looked at one other sorento and didn't notice it wiggling like this.

Kia has an adjustment to the track the prevents this noise. I had mine In the shop for the exact same reason. Technician had it for 10 minutes and when I got it back it was fixed.

Mine was completely replaced as well, and then rattled horribly...every bump!

They did tighten things up and it got a little better...
