Great to hear that. And nice work on the installation. Good Job!

I'm just visiting from the Hyundai Forum. We're a helpful bunch over there :)

The dealership default answer for just about any fault seems to be to replace the most expensive part in the system, the ECU in this case. Their guess would have paid off this time because that's where the fault was. I doubt a dealership would ever have entertained the idea of using an aftermarket fan controller. Not enough profit in that for them.

And what exactly are the issues your trying to solve?

however these are my reading today
Engine Off A/C OFF IGN ON
Rad Fan
85 3.53 v
86 12.3v
87 12.27 v
30 12.4v
The 87 voltage doesn't look right on your car. 12V on that terminal would seen to suggest the switch inside the Cond Fan 1 relay is closed when it shouldn't be. I would monitor the voltage on the 87 terminal of the Rad Fan relay socket, then remove the Cond Fan 1 relay to see if the Rad Fan 87 voltage drops. And listen to see if the Cond Fan relay clicks when you remove it from the fusebox.

If I helped you fix it, why not...

Your support is greatly appreciated
