2010 Forte Brake Line Replacement

Last night, I had a brake line burst while sitting in a Taco Bell drive thru. It's about midway down the car. I climbed under to take a look today but there is a protector covering the brake and fuel lines and I can not figure out how to remove it! I don't want to break it. I thought I had it but it's attached to clips and all the lines come with it when it moves.

Does anyone have any advice for removal of this thing?

Also, any general advice or knowledge on replacing the lines is welcome.
