Hello:
I just bought a used 2009 Rio LX with 29000 miles.
Is it true that the newer Rios have timing belt that are better than earlier models, say 2003-2004?
I read that earlier models, at least, have TB that is too thin or too narrow to last 60,000 miles.
Is it rather responsible to change the TM in my 2009 LX at 6 year or 60,000, whatever comes first?
I am in SoCal where the temperature is mild and does not change much.
