Hello everyone. I am a little confused about the oxygen sensors on my 2009 Kia Sedona LX 3.8L, Canadian Model.

I am trying to match the part numbers to all 4 oxygen sensors, for possible replacement of all 4.

Over the summer, I was getting check engine lights and error codes relating to Bank 2 Sensor 2. This is on the front (radiator side) Lower. I ordered a part from the dealer (39210-3C400). Problem solved.

I am noticing some of the same glitches that went away with replacement of B2 S2 are coming back with the colder weather - this time it is related to B2 S1. That one has part number 39210-3C100. I purchased it online and FedEx will deliver it today. This part was over half the price the dealer or any local after market supplier will charge me (and a quicker delivery).

Now I am trying to figure out the 2 sensors for Bank 1 on the firewall side. I was able to see the Bank 1 Sensor 2 has part number 3210-3C200, and has a much longer wire. A few parts dealers have told me that the same part will fit in B1 S1, B2 S1 and B2 S2.

Does any one know the part number for bank 1 Sensor 1? My online searches only show 3 part numbers for 4 sensors, so there must be the same sensor in 2 positions, the only question is which one?

392103C100 - Bank 2 Sensor 1
292103C200 - Bank 1 Sensor 2
392103C400 - Bank 2 Sensor 2

If the online purchase works out (2.5 for one discount), I may just go ahead and have new sensors on all 4 positions, and want to make sure I get the right part numbers.

Thanks for your help

39210 3CCC0. this is bank 1 sensor 1. right upstream. $175.00 list price in USA your price would be $140.00 plus shipping, if you were intrested in buying from me.

Hi Cobra259. I think the part numbers changed from 2006-2010 with the 3.8L engine to the 2011-2012's with the 3.5. That part number does not seem to match my vehicle on www.kiapartsaccessories.com

39210-3C100 FT OXYGEN SENSOR
39210-3C200 RR OXYGEN SENSOR RIGHT
39210-3C400 RR OXYGEN SENSOR LEFT

I am thinking that 39210-3C100 would fit in both bank 1 positions. Please correct me if I am wrong.
Thanks

Your right the 39210-3CCC0 is 02/2010 and up. 39210 3C200, is for bank 1 sensor 1 for 2006 to 02-2010. List is $131.00, yours for $104.00. Looks like both rt o2's are the same just like you said.

It looks like we were both wrong.

I finally figured it out with the help of one of the local KIA dealers. I called them for a price on the 2 bank 1 sensors, and they told me that there is no part number for bank 1 sensor 1. They cross referenced on the computer and told me that Bank 2 Sensor 2 and Bank 1 Sensor 1 are the same part number.

Another way to tell is by the colour and size of the wires/plugs

39210-3C100 - 9" black wire and plug
39210-3C200 - very long (20"+) black wire and plug
39210-3C400 - 9" grey wire and plug

I was able to get under the hood with a flashlight and inspection mirror, and I could see the 2 plugs on the back side of the engine in front of the firewall. One was black and the other was grey.

So there we have it
Bank 1 Sensor 1 - 39210-3C400
Bank 1 Sensor 2 - 39210-3C200
Bank 2 Sensor 1 - 39210-3C100
Bank 2 Sensor 2 - 39210-3C400

This seems like an awful quick failure of an O2 sensor to me?

Are you sure it's not maybe something simple like a poor connection?

We've had a few error codes in my mothers KIA Picanto which were related to O2 sensors but the code usually disappears (check engine light goes off) and the car runs as normal after a decent run.

It's never come close to failing an emissions test, so I can only assume everything is actually OK.

What are the symptoms you get, other than the CEL light?
