I have a 2007 Rondo with 94000 miles. The car has been trouble free except for a passenger side low beam which had lasted about a year before shorting out on a regular basis. My last one lasted 3 months and now frustration has set in. After calls to Kia customer service I have had no satisfaction. They want we to pay a dealer his going rate, probably $90 an hour to diagnose before looking into the problem. The local dealer did acknowledge that other models in that time period did have an electrical surge problem that a fix was made for. This situation has now annoyed me to the point of this post. If anyone else has has a similar bulb problem, you can find h11b xeon bulbs on ebay for $18 a pair. This company has shown no very inexpensive good will and lost a fure customer. Yes, I have a 2008, and so far it's gone through 2 burnt out bulbs. I don't recall which side the first burnt bulb was, but the most recent time, the passenger bulb burned out.
