This is concerning the appearance of the wheels on my wife’s 2007 KIA. I really don’t know how to describe the condition except to say that they are stained and dull on the flat portions of the wheels indicated by (B) in the pictures attached. The portions of the wheel indicated by (A) looks fine. We have tried different wheel cleaners that’s made for all wheel with no results. Used a polishing compound and nothing there either. Her vehicles get more baths that most people. 😊 The tires are usually cleaned with Black Magic Blech-Wite Tire Cleaner which we have used for years with no problem. We are aware of the caution as to keeping it off of different surfaces. Any suggestion as to what can be used on the alloy wheels to brighten them back up? Thank you in advance. Lamar

Those wheels are painted...like the body...the clear coat is probably damaged. You could try some light sanding or heavy polish, but depending on how 'deep' the staining is, you might need to refinish the wheel.
