My name is ken, I just joined mainly because my Sedona is going into limp a lot. I read on here that one guy changed the ECM and it worked great. If I purchase an ECM do I need to have it programmed or can I just plug and go? Thanks in advance for any help;

If you're going into limp home your having an engine issue....get thyself to a dealership for analysis of the issue! Let us know what is found. Good luck!

ECM because it worked for some guy is a good way to get frustrated. you need to do a proper diagnosis to eliminate all other posabilities before going nuclear with the ecm.
Is the cel on? what are any codes?

Step 1 -- make sure your vehicle got the recall for this. There was a recall years back that most people overlooked because they didn't have the problem. I got it done on two separate vehicles when the first one left me hanging on a highway.
