Welcome to the forum! Prices will most likely vary greatly depending where you go. Dealership price I believe would be around $600 for parts and labor. Be sure to replace the belt and the tensioner.
I dont know were you might be located but here in Washington State I just paid $685 and they did the belt, tensioners and also the water pump since its right there behind the belt. If you need it I would recommend doing both together.
Those prices are cheap. I went to the dealership and they quoted around $1,200 to do the timing belt and pulleys, they didn't mention anything about changing the water pump.

Bought a 02 2.9CRDI Auto in September 09 @ 100k miles at 104k and 1 week out of warranty a heater hose blew & I found that the water system was contaminated with oil, took it to our local garage...
Key wont come out-( car starts fine.) Key comes out fine when battery disconnected or the driver side fuse ACC OR K/Lock Key Interlock Solenoid fuse are removed. I have removed just the Interlock Solenoid Fuse and the key comes out fine.
