I was informed today that our '05 Sedona has a leaking steering rack and a bad ball joint on the right front. How difficult is it to replace both of these. I've gotten pretty good at fixing my toyota tacoma with the help of the yotatech forum. Hoping I can do the same with the wife's Kia.

thanks.

I changed out an 03 steer rack, pretty simple,,, separate the tie rod ends from the knuckle, undo the fliud lines, undo the steering shaft coupler, undo the body clamps, slide to one side to get clear of the body and then slide it the other direction to get it out from under the vehicle. The only "difficult" part is lining up the shaft on the new one so the steering wheel ends up straight when your done. Ball joint, never changed one, sorry.
