My Sedona lost its cambelt on the bank holiday weekend. Fortunately it just needed a new belt and ran up fine afterwards.

Driving home today I thought the timing had gone out of sync as it lost all omph, would not rev up and eventually would not even idle.

This evening I checked the belt and all is well. However, after running for a few seconds the priming bulb by the fuel filter is sucked flat and the engine obviously sounds like a bag of nails and dies due to a lack of fuel.

No faults codes are coming up but I wonder if anybody else has had this. Could it be the fuel pump, sender or fuel lines.

Further to the above, I have just had the sender unit out, It has no filter on it at all and the fuel tank looks clean.
