How much money are you spending?

Personally, I wouldn't buy a used car with that many miles on it unless I knew the history well and wasn't spending a lot.

Any history/records on the car? Original owner? If from a KIA dealer do they have records of repairs/maintenance?
If taken proper care of the mileage (122k miles) is not a serious factor. Newer engines normally go at least 200k and many go 300k. I have seen here KIAs with under 30k miles where the engine was seized from lack of oil so mileage isn't the only key. I rebuilt a salvaged 2004 Hyundai Sonata that had 115k miles on it but the car was well taken care of. She has added many more miles on it.

If you do buy this car... the timing belt is a CRITICAL item and with no history REPLACE IT.
