2001 2 door 2x4. Use it for for camping on weekends, gets loaded down pretty heavy (with racks and rear tie downs, probably over manufacturer load limit) live in the city and it gets driven pretty hard and slammed around on these hills and crap SF streets. Think I may be in need of aftermarket suspension in rear, know that manufacturer suspension has rap for being weak. May also need to pull a light frame trailer for my motorcycle. Any suggestions on what I want/need? Any one know of good shop in San Francisco/Nor Cal? Do I need to touch anything in front suspension?

Stiffer coils would help, yes... but the only ones I know of are aftermarket lift springs. I'd say your best bet would be to upgrade to stiffer offroad worthy shocks in the rear like rancho rs5000's. That's what i'm running on mine now. There are also adjustable shocks avaliable for more $$.
