I have a 2001 KIA Sportage at 110,000 miles, recently I noticed the vehicle running hot and boiling water in the radiator. I replaced the thermostat, replaced the water pump, flushed the radiator, cleared the system, removed stock belt driven fan, replaced fan with a pro comp 16" electric fan. After doing all this my vehicle is still running hot. My next thought was "blown head gasket" but I started the vehicle early in the morning when it was cool took the radiator cap off and noticed (no bubbles) or moisture coming from the exhaust pipe.

Anything advice on what to try next would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you all!

Greetings,

Without the radiator cap on, the system is not under any pressure, if a minor head gasket leak it may not show with the system de-pressurized,

Before investing more $$$, would consider / recommend having a basic pressure test done on the cooling system,
