Turn signals have been acting up for a few months. They only work when its warm outside (oddly enough). Also, the hazards and defrost only work every now and then. I think it might be a wiring problem. Any suggestions?!
Also, replaced turn signal indicator.. nothing changed.

Gotta be a wire issue. First start at all the connections. Check for voltage at them.
