My headlights work when I turn them on. However none of the dash lights are staying on.I tried the dimmer switch.Sometimes if I bang into it with my palm I can get them to stay on till I get home.Could it be the dimmer switch itself?Or maybe a fuse?Anyways any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Replace dimmer switch, very common issue. Betting dash lightes were flickering over bumps at the start of the issue.

Does anyone know if I need the switch the actual dimmer switch button or the whole component from the steering wheel?I see the switch itself is about 20 dollars online, but the whole component ranges from 150 to 200 dollars?Anyone's help would be greatly appreciated!

The one that makes the lights dimmer or brighter, the sliding switch.
