:eek:that will do it. are you going to get the motor altogether or just the block area?

if possible you could go to a junk yard and get the things u need.

it would prob. be cheaper to just get the block and rod then the whole thing

Call the Kia dealership and talk to someone in the parts dept.. I am almost certian they will swap OK..Sorry to hear about your engine ...

Yes, it is the same motor - same bolt patterns, etc. - anything past the rear main seal is trans-related, so if the same transmission type (auto, 5speed) as your current motor that would be best. :D

i have to ether get a block that has good cylinder walls or have this one redone if poss.
