My Kia Picanto 2012 1.2 EX since i bought this car last year as the second owner it never had a problem when i start, but two weeks back after the technician installed an accident detector device which is connected to the battery I have been struggling to start the car. This morning when I was looking through the engine I sow that the 150amp Fuse cable is not connected anywhere, could this be the cause of the car not starting?

Could very well be....can you post a photo or two. How soon after the additional item added did she not start?
Remove this device and see what happens......Why do you need it?
