Hi all,

I own a Rio 2006, that I bought with "15 inch alloys. As winter is approaching and the road conditions here are pretty mush awful, I want to change them with steel ones, again "15. Now, it was really hard to find suitable steels for that exact model, as the factory ones are only "14, but I managed to find a pair from Toyota Yaris with all the characteristics exactly the same (except for the offset Toyota is ET45, while Kia is ET46). My question is, do you think ti will be a problem if I put "15 inch steels? What I mean is, will this affect the suspension, since steel is heavier than the alloys and there is no information about Rio 2006 with "15 steel, only alloys with this size? Thank you in advance!

FYI everything went fine and the rims I got, fitted perfectly with no problems at all, also the the wheel nuts are exactly the same for the steels from the alloy ones.
Conclusion - Steel wheels from Toyota Yaris (1999-2005) fit perfectly on Kia Rio JB 2006
