    Hello, New here. Purchased a used 2012 Kia Sorento and realized the navigation doesn’t work. It’s stuck on caution screen and I can’t select agree or language. Everything else works though..radio..etc. I tried resetting the screen but didn’t help. just wondering if anyone else had this problem...
