The cigarette lighter on my 2006 Kia spectra is not receiving any power. I already checked the fuse and it’s fine, so I am assuming I need to replace the cigarette lighter socket. Can I replace the socket without removing the lower daahboard? If not how do I remove the lower dashboard?
