What is the specification of the allow wheels - off-set, PCD of mounting holes, width, ........ with that someone here could confirm if the rims will fit.
You could link to the wheels.

What is an "11plate Sportage" ?

Tire Size Calculator - Compare Two Sizes

according to this the overall diameter will be smaller. so yes, it'll fit.

2014 Sportage SX AWD Black - Weathertech Window Deflectors and Lampguard, OEM Hood Deflector, interior led lights, Steelcraft Side Steps, G1W-C dashcam, oil catch can, eyebrows, Wolo horns, Falken Pro G4 A/S 235/60R18

Also the ride comfort may suffer. Having a low profile tires in a bigger wheels will result to extra wear and tear in the suspension and ride will be bumpy.
