Just bought this van and it needs work but paid a good price for it

started third morning and quit wou1d not restart and burned and smoked front center under the hood
removed and charged battery and then it did start, sme11ed 1ike the ear1ier smoke, turned it off, and now wont even make a noise when you turn the key
