History
My first car was a 1972 Roadrunner. It was white with black stripes. I bought the car new in 1972 and drove it for 9 years, then foolishly sold it. Fast forward to my mid-life crisis. I wanted my car back, but searched for the VIN in all 50 states and it is no longer registered. But, no salvage title has been issued, so it may be a trailer queen or rusting in someone's barn. Picture included. If you see this car, I want it back. A suitable substitute was found in Alabama. It had bad paint and red crushed velvet upholstery complete with cigarette burns, but the bones were right for a restoration and recreation of my original bird. But as I drove it home in 1996 from Alabama it spoke to me and then I saw my first Viper GTS in Viper Blue. It was then I knew that this car wasn't meant to be a reincarnation of my previous car, but a unique car with vibrant plummage.
