Hi all,

This post will likely be more for the Aussies and the Brits, but has anyone successfully installed an after market head unit for their right hand drive?

I came across these Android units which would be great but I am not sure if anyone has done this before for right hand drive? If so which unit did you use?

I have a 2013 Rio and some of these mention 2015 - 2017 - not sure if there is a difference in dash layout.

Hi PseudZ,

I have installed an android touch screen head unit in my 2012 rio and I can tell you that you won't regret it! I love mine! I'm in the UK so own right hand drive. The three differences in the fascias is firstly the finish, one is matte and the other is glossy. Secondly, the matte fascia has two cut outs for air vents at the top, whereas the glossy fascia has one long cut out. Finally, the matte fascia has space between the air vents for the hazard light button, the glossy fascia does not. I would take a look at your current fascia and get the one that matches what you already have. I shall take a pic of mine for you when I get the chance!
