Kia Fuel Additives

Does it matter what type of fuel additives you use per owners manual every 7500 miles or 12 months ?

If you use top tier gas like Shell you don't need to do it.
For peace of mind - add super concentrated Techron (or another reputable one) twice a year or with each oil change.

Techron is pretty much the only fuel additive that is approved by all car manufacturers, and can be proven to actually do anything besides burn up money.
