Angry kia pregio 2005 overheating

i have a 2005 Kia Pregio 12 seater van. I am experiencing overheating issues as soon as the vehicle goes over 2500/3000 revs/min. Water would boil and leak out through the water reservoir. It has a new radiator, waterpump and thermostat. the cylinder head has also been done over. All of this was done about a month ago.
Can anyone advise me on what the problem could be?

This is just an educated guess, but when I previously had this issue on a Honda, the cause was Head Gasket had failed & was leaking exhaust into the coolant system, causing the boil-over.

There are devices / kits that can test for exhaust gases present in engine coolant, it may be worth the $75-100 (US) dollars to have that test performed.

If the test comes back positive, I strongly recommend having a new head gasket installed (vs. trying to re-tighten the existing, recent, gasket installed)..

Hope this helps.
