With Engine cold, check coolant level, fill top of radiator, check overflow tank and fill to (MIN) level as needed.. Have car checked for possible head gasket leak.

Laptop/USB OBD-II Scanner at Amazon: search "ScanTool 423001 ElmScan 5" at amazon.com

Philippines ‎you say?
oil leak to the engine? You meant from the engine to outside? Or to the cylinders/pistons?

Pride, or Rio, has small engine.
If you add age to it you get stressed small engine that burns (leaks) oil. Hence, white smoke under some conditions.
If you see oil particles on the rear bumper or exhaust is oily, and you see the oil goes down (you must refill it once in a while) then you know what the problem is.

Coolant has a very distinctive smell when burned. Hence, it is easy to diagnose. Plus you will see coolant level going down as well.

White smoke is usually something to worry about since it points to the oil being burned, is the oil level lower every time you check it?

Is it carbureted? If it is, clean carburetor with “carbucleaner” and ask your mechanic to tweak it.

If it is injected, you can try replacing the valve seals and gasket, it wouldn’t cost more than $200 including labor. That could help a little bit, but you have to start thinking in overhauling the engine.
