For the Soul, yeah, that's plausible
As far as I know, the Stinger in Canada is AWD not RWD.

that's correct at the moment, but it will probably change when they bring out the 2.0L version which is suppose to be available sometime this spring.

I think you have to remember that the Stinger is very new. KIA dealers, at least in my experience rarely know any more than what they read in the press about a new car model. I dunno what that says about KIA info dissemination, but that's the way it is.

I have got to believe that P225/40-19 P255/35-19 snow tires, or something close, are available assuming you want to put them on your lovely stock wheels (arrgghhh). You might not be able to get V rated snows, but do you really need them? Otherwise, there a lots of tire size comparators on the 'net if you wish to go with winter wheels and slightly smaller tires. Google is your friend. Because of brake size you might have to stay with 19" wheels however.

i think it's kinda obvious why the Stinger is equipped with summer rubber. No wiper park heating is a bummer and a little surprising. My last Rondo had that.

Mats?, well again, it's a new car and these things take time. Welcome to life on the cutting edge. Enjoy your new Stinger.
