So my Kia dealer just

Did the 30K inspection on my car.

I always use full synthetic and it was always $80 dollars. Fro some reason they charged me 115 this time around.
Something else, they said I needed to do some fuel injection cleanup, before taking the car in and that that was not optional.

So in the end the little visit costed me 250 dollars.

Not even my 530 is so expensive. WTF?

Can I take my car anywhere else for next inspection without loosing my warranty?

P.S. then the bill says: "Client requested to do these services" WTF? They told me it was not even optional!

you can get the normal maintenance service done at any dealer or independent service center of your choice - just make sure you keep a record of what was done at the service (this is all explained in your warranty manual which tells you what is your responsibility and what is covered under warranty).

What is listed in your maintenance section of your owners manual is the service requirements for warranty anything else is your choice whether you want to get it done or not.

Is 30K 'inspection' mandatory according to your car manual?
Why did you not ask to show you where the extra cost came from to go from $80 to $115?
Why did you not ask to show you where they got the idea of mandatory injector cleaning service?
They forged the bill saying "Client requested to do these services" - you can go after them legally.

Also, you don't need to do oil changes or inspections by dealer, but keep records of services done.
Ask your friends around and get to know a reputable local auto repair shop, get to talk to owner and techs. Get service done there.
