Not sure what the issues are here. The active cruise control just maintains the distance to the car ahead. The Autonomous Emergency Braking provides warning messages, and audible alarm but you have to be close to a collision before it activates. I use the cruise control regularly and find it very competent at keeping the appropriate distance to the car in front. The AEB has never been activated - I have never been that close to a collision, and it is difficult to test without shredding your nerves (especially if set "late") as you have to be driving at speed towards an obstacle and rely on the function working
When reverse is selected, the car emits an audible warning to pedestrians. The park assist also provides the expected audible bleeps inside the cabin to warn of proximity to obstacles, with the gaps between bleeps reducing as the distance reduces. The tone becomes continuous when approx 1 ft from the obstacle.
If any of the audible tones are not working, I suggest you take the car to your dealer to get it fixed under warranty.
