Side mirrors not turning down in reverse...

Just noticed this morning, that when I put it in reverse, the side mirros did not turn down. What should I check first? Fuse?

only works if you have the lever turned to left or right, if you have it in the middle it won't move them. To the left turns down only one mirror, the the right makes both mirrors turn down

I know how to move the mirrors with the lever and buttons. I was referring to the automatic movement of the mirrors downward, when you put the car into reverse...

Tried it several times yesterday, still didn't work. Hopped in the car to come to work this morning, and BAM ... it was working. Not sure what is going on, maybe some kind of switch or relay not working all the time.

artworkz is explaining that you have to LEAVE the mirror adjuster button in the left or right position in order for the mirrors to turn down when backing up. It you adjust the mirrors, then put the mirror adjust button in the center or neutral position, it will not work.

It's a great feature. Most cars don't have the same option of one, both or none at the touch of a switch.
