Headlight height problem

Hi, I have a 2010 Kia Mohave with factory HID headlights and they are aimed way too low. This isn't such a big problem during city driving but on the highway it gets quite dangerous. What worries me is that this happens with both low and high beams. From what I have read, there should be a screw to adjust the height of the headlights, but I'm not sure which one it is. And I believe that the high beam cannot be adjusted with that screw. Any advice?

Thanks in advance.

EDIT: Nevermind, went into a shop and for ~10US$ they fixed it
