Front Passenger running light replacement

Having a hard time trying to get to the running light bulb to replace it. Anyone have a suggestion?
Manual states to go to the dealer.

just unscrew cap and remove lights ( they twist off ) (H11b- style ,but can easily be change to H11 ). i can throw u some pics if u need ?
I replaced mine with Led H11 cree lights and wow they awesome .
