How to change the Date + update UVO? 2014 KIA Optima Turbo SXL

Hi, I just picked up a 2014 Kia Optima turbo sxl last night, and have a couple questions.
I noticed today that the date is set to DEC 31 2012, and I cannot seem to change it whatsoever. I also have the time set to GPS time, which is an hour ahead, I would think it would update like all the other GPS's I've owned in the past, and have the current, correct time. Is there a way to change this? The user manual doesn't have anything on changing the date.

I figured, maybe I'd update the nav since the car is last years model, but I can't for the life of me find the update section on KIA or myuvo. I have UVO synced with the app on my phone, have the account all setup etc.

In the car, it has the update software button, and when I click it it asks for the updated SD card. I just can't figure out where to go to get the update for the SD card. Am I blind? or is it a PITA?
