There are ad posts that will pop up from time to time. You can turn them off somewhere in your settings I think... I don't see them unless I am not logged in.

Where was the thread? If it is gone, a mod (not myself) deleted it. I don't think Nitto is one of our approved venders.

I too haven't seen this.

Try and get a screen capture.

Only one female competitor finished the King of the Hammers race [pic]
Nitto Tire

The 2012 King of the Hammers featured one of the largest fields to date with 136 competitors vying for the prestigious crown. This race is considered to be the most difficult 4x4 off-road race on the planet and less than half of the competitors’ even finish. For the most part, this has always been a male dominated sport, but this year Cottin Rodd, the only female participating in the 7+ hour long event made a name for herself. Rodd carefully navigated her way through the course, passing even the most experienced male drivers.

When the checkered flag flew, Rodd ended up in 28th place, finishing in less than 10 hours. Cottin was elated with the finish and credited a lot of her success to the Trail Grappler K-spec tires that were specifically made for this event. You can check out some of the pictures of Cottin here: 2012 King of the Hammers.

First of all - watch your language.

Second - ads will be displayed based on your recent search/browser history. Those ads are "intelligent" and will show ads relative to this what you were looking for/browsing.

It is not up to us what is shown. Take a screen shot and post it. Then we can investigate.

Do you talk/text and drive? Watch it. Very interesting test:

I responded to the "ad" and just received a set of new Nitto Motivo tires for my Audi directly from Nitto USA marketing department. No cost, other than mounting and disposal. They are looking for people try their tires out and post opinions/reviews on various forums. So far, I am impressed with the people at Nitto and their tires. BTW, Nitto is a Japanese company (parent company Toyo) and the tires where made in USA.
