Question spectra 2004 with NGV

I bought spectra 2004 with NGV second hand
car is good but small problems
1- ABS light continue on most times for 10-20 minutes after start then goes off
2- on fuel 95 car work 7.5-8.3 km/L is this normal?
3-car power at start is low unless I bushed engine above 3500 RPM then car start fast, I tried but couldn't find balance ether below 2000 or above 3000
4- most important when car working on NGV engine goes off when stop or slow, on the move speed ubove 30 it work normal, this on ngv only not petrol

also looking if you know good NGV mechanic near shah alam

I replaced the spark plugs and the ignition cables and every thing became good
the car FC now is around 7.5 litter/Km in the city for both petrol and gas it seems a little low
don't know how to increase it

Spectra ignition coil

i HAVE kIA SPECTRA 1.6 2005, ignition coil is weak need replace I looked online found tow different models:
5WY2829A 0040100515 which claimed to fit spectra 1.6
27301-23700 which claimed to fit Hyundai Elantra Tiburon Kia Spectra Sportage
couldn't know which one is for my engine, and couldn't find number on my coil

another issue as my engine has NGV which need sync with ignition by adding about 20 round coil around ignition cable No 4 to get sync signal
can I take this signal directly from ignition coil interance to avoid putting more resistance on High voltage ignition signal?

if tabbing to coil drive signal is not possible, can I boost coil voltage to compensate for the added resistance?

NGV modefication for spectra 1.6 has some downside, as NGV it consume spark plugs normal cooper need change every 10-15000 km
also plug cables need change much faster
and as it uses added coil to one cable to sync with ignition, which means more resistance it weaken the ignition coil
