timing marks cast into lower belt cover

While I was doing my timing belt, I checked the pulley position when everything is lined up.
I noticed one of the pulley holes lines up with the 10 degrees mark.
I attached a picture of it.
Next time I check for timing belt slop, I will be sure the crank is in the right position without having to remove the accessory belts and lower cover.
