Welcome to the KIA forums. I have moved your post to the correct forum for you. Is the washer motor turning at all, any sound? Have you checked if the washer motor is getting power to it? Use a test light or multimeter to check power at the pump motors terminals. I think the washer and wiper may be on the same fuse. If the motor is working and no fluid is coming out and washer jets are clear, check the following. Most Kias also have a small gauze filter on the pump intake that can block ,check for that.

Thanks Pulsar86

My Kia Carens had a problem no water coming from the windscreen jets. Did as you said, removed the three screws from under the front of the car, right side. Disconnected the pump from the water bottle, pulled out the pump filter and cleaned it, replaced. Pump now washes the windscreen no problem. The filter on the pump is very small so will block if you own this car for a couple of years.

Thanks you, thank you, thank you Pulsar86. Without your post I would have had to take my Carens to the dealer.
